Tilia and Tilia·Graph
We use these programs to produce graphs from our phytolith analyses.  More information about these programs, written and distributed by Eric Grimm of the Illinois State Museum, can be found here.
For those of you who wish to learn more about how to use these programs, we have two manuals available.  The first, in Word format, was written by our own Karol Chandler-Ezell, and can be downloaded by clicking on the link at left.
Robert Craigie and Heather Sugden of the University of Sheffield have also put together a good manual for Tilia and Tilia·Graph in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format.  You will need to have Adobe Acrobat installed on your machine to view this file (use the graphic link at left to download Acrobat if you do not already have it).  Once you have Acrobat installed, please click on the download link at left to view the manual, or right-click the link and select "Save Target As..." to download the file to your own machine.
